Privacy policy

DirectBridgeAsia collects business contact details that you submit through quotation and contact forms: name, company, email, phone, product information, and optional file attachments. We use that information to respond to your request, keep a record of the enquiry, and operate the website.

We do not sell enquiry data. Access is limited to authorised staff. Attachments are stored on a private disk, not in the public web root. Server logs may contain IP addresses used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

If analytics or Search Console verification IDs are configured, those services process usage data according to their own terms. Tracking IDs are not hardcoded; they are enabled only when set in the environment.
